Who is this service for?
For organisations that run their applications, databases or shares inside virtual machines.
What do we examine?
The platform in use, the affected machines, and the disk files and related material available for examination. The plan differs according to what is required: a virtual machine that can run, or specific files from inside it.
What do we need to know?
The type of platform, the number of affected virtual machines, an approximate size, the important services, and whether there are known backups or restore points. The team determines which virtual disk files are needed after getting in touch.
How do we assess the result?
The handover standard is set for each case before execution: extracting specific data, examining a virtual disk, or verifying a whole machine if that is within the scope of work.
